Check Eligibility

Ensure your request is made within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Please include clear photos of any damaged packaging or product defects to speed up the verification process.

Receive Authorization

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return of the product is required.

After we process your request, we will either ship out a fresh replacement of JUST WATER immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
